- Position: Admin Executive
- Location: KL



**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Taking minutes
- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
- Data entry (sales figures, document compilation etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Financial Consultant and Senior Management
- HR task

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or office management experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance

**REMUNERATION PACKAGES**:
Basic: MYR 2500-3000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
