**Position**:Admin Executive
**Industry**: Construction & Engineering
**Location**: Jalan Klang Lama, KL
**Working Mode**: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative clerk or similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
