HR & Admin Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The HR & Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and Administration functions within our organization. This position involves managing various HR and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Recruitment and Onboarding_:Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation, and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.
- Employee Records and Documentation_:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, leave, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements by keeping records confidential and secure.
- HR Policies and Procedures_:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Communicate HR policies to employees and address any related inquiries.
- Performance Management_:Support performance appraisal processes, collect feedback, and assist in conducting performance reviews.
Collaborate with managers to identify areas for employee development and improvement.
- Employee Relations:_Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, addressing queries and concerns.
Mediate employee grievances and provide counseling when required.
- Training and Development:_Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Identify training needs and recommend appropriate learning opportunities.
- Compliance and Legal Requirements:_Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, ensuring adherence to local employment laws.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and submissions to relevant authorities.
- Admin and Facilities Management:_Manage office facilities and supplies, ensuring a conducive work environment for employees.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Event Management:_Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
