**HR & Admin Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle recruitment drives.
- Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll process.
- Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
- Assist with annual compensation review and benchmarking process.
- Assist with employees’ insurance matters and renewals.
- Assist with generating HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
- Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant fields
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
- Ability to work on your own initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging work environment.
- Detail-oriented and great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
- **Willing to work at Kuala Lumpur**
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
