The Procurement Executive for the F&B industry will be responsible for managing sourcing and purchasing activities, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The role requires a deep understanding of F&B industry trends, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. Additionally, the executive will need to monitor market conditions to secure the best pricing and terms for F&B-related goods and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Source and evaluate suppliers for food and beverage ingredients, packaging materials, and other related products.

2. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favourable terms, including pricing, quality standards, and delivery schedules.

3. Oversee and optimize inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.

5. Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, operations, and culinary teams, to align procurement and cost control strategies with overall business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Work closely with the finance team to ensure all internal paperwork submission accordingly and given to the relevant person in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field of studies.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry for fresh produce.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as industry-standard contract terms and service agreements.
- Good interpersonal skill, possess planning, organizing and coordinating skills

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
