Sales and Admin Executive

Kuching, Malaysia GKS Development Sdn Bhd Full time

To monitor all related Booking/Sale and Purchase Agreement for signing process and detail checking
- To liaise with lawyers, purchasers etc on payment processing matters i.e. loan drawdown, self portion payment and etc
- To issue progress billing to respective purchasers/ end financiers
- To monitor payment collection and timely prepare weekly report on payment collection updates
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the company's properties
- To assist in organizing and participating in property roadshows and other promotional events to attract potential customers
- Any other duties as and when required by the Superior/ management from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- At least 3 years of working experience and experience working in a Property Development Company or Legal Firm would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy when handling paperwork and documentation
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Computer Literate.
