To prepare monthly report for CMS & Security Division
- Update and record KPI report in every month and make sure all documentation completely before submitting to HQ.
- To assist Area Leader to check total of customer keys.
- Filling documentation such as billing, invoice, statement, receipts, and all receiving cheque as a Depot reference.
- Inform and liaise with HQ Operation Clerk regarding any courier item sending to HQ.
- Liaise with account department regarding supplier payment or invoice of office utilities.
- Entertain customers calls and any enquiries such as complaints.
- To perform stock control for Depot such as stationeries, refreshment etc.
- Prepare monthly minutes meeting for Depot meeting.
- Prepare duty roster for SG and CMS Division.
- Compile duty roster for CMS & SG Assignment and submit to HQ.
- Prepare resign and termination checklist for SG and CMS Division.
- To submit customer report on 1st ~ 4th every month
- To update TMS on 21st every month.
**Salary**: From RM1,600.00 per month
