**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Assist Sales team for the delivery of the product to the customer
- Servicing orders, providing customer service and support to customers.
- Assisting in servicing orders for external and new clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse & forwarding agent in the execution of export shipments.
- Preparing all relevant shipping documents for export as requirement by Malaysian customs.
- Preparing all relevant shipping documents for customers and as ensure meeting their requirements for smooth delivery and clearing of cargoes at destinations.
- Ensure shipping documents are prepared correctly, timely and accurately.
- Checking and updating freight tables regularly.
- Preparing quotation and billing.
**Requirement **1) At least SPM and/or any Diploma/Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or any
related field.2) Computer literacy.3) Proactive, energetic, motivated and independent.4) Good team player.
5) Disciplined and possess good interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
