了解客户的询问并通过适用的渠道做出回应:电话、聊天和电子邮件。

了解客户的询问,并确保他们通过适当的支持渠道得到答复或路由。

管理客户上报并确保根据需要回答、跟踪和上报这些问题。

表现出强大的客户服务导向,并承担起确保客户满意的责任。

提供高水平的专业性和称职的客户服务。

能够按照公司的流程以友好和礼貌的方式与客户进行有效沟通。

Job Scopes:

- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
- Manage customer escalation and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied.
- Provide high level of professionalism and competent customer service.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner following the company’s processes.

Requirement:
最低學歷 SPM
能读、写和用中文溝通
必须愿意在办公室工作。
