Provided administrative support including issue quotation, invoicing, process order, filling, delivery orders. - Attend to all incoming and outgoing telephone calls, visitors, receive mails. - Handle full set of account & ensure timely preparation/review of monthly management accounts, financial statements, budgeting, cash forecasting. Revenue expenditure variance analysis &etc。 - Responsible to complete daily, monthly and yearly accounting activities on a timely & accurate matter to smoothen the month end & year end closing process. - To handle all customer invoices including the issuing of the invoices and other supporting documents, and keep track of their payments - To check all unpaid customer invoices and liaise with customer/sales team for payment arrangements. - To prepare the payment for all suppliers on a regular basis。 - Ensure all petty cash transactions are recorded properly, To check and handle on staff claims and other expenditure and ensure all are correct and is approved by the management. - Review, analyse and prepare financial statements, invoice, budgets, financial reports, and business plans in order to check for irregularities resulting from error or fraud. - Liaise with external party such as auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities Supporting the Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required - To Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax agents and other statutory departments. - Responsible for Human Resource operations duties such as processing of salary and staff claims. - Make payment for statutory payment (EPF, SOCSO, EIS& Income Tax/PCB). - Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams Job Skills & Qualification: 1. To be able to maintain and improve customer accounts and also develop and increase new customer accounts. 2. To provide product recommendation, technical support and manage complaint responses, coordinating efforts with production and customer service team where appropriate. 3. Manage primary sales territories, including Singapore and Malaysia. (Customer orientated and readiness to travel) 4. Undertake ad hoc assignments and other duties when necessary. 5. To be able to present to a group of multiple decision makers in various segments. (Presentation skills and abilities) 6. Basic understanding of engineering and technical drawings 7. Ensure workflow between sales to production 8. To support sales personnel by liaising with customers and co-workers 9. To assist in the preparation of Sales quotation for customers 10. To assist in sales data updating and consolidation.
