**JOB PURPOSE**

To assist Quality Executive in implementing quality standard procedures in daily routine secondary repackaging operations with reference to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS) encompassing the company quality policies, relevant ISOs, GSDP, GMP, GCP, GDPMD, Clients’ and Customers’ requirements, and regulatory requirements in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia (ZPMY).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Execution of quality control activities of repacking activities in line with the established quality control procedures / approved specifications
- Ensures only current version of Repacking Work Instructions (RWIs) are used as reference by the interested parties, through issuance of approved RWI.
- Approve first run/buy-off samples from production prior to redressing activity.
- Review batch packaging records and approve for the release of repacked products as per approved standard operating procedures.
- Action of On-Hold and Release status of repacked products and printed packaging material (PPM) related to repacking activity in accordance with the approved specifications / procedures.
- Performs incoming quality inspection and release for printed packaging materials (PPM) in accordance with the approved specifications / procedures.
- To verify the correctness of issued stocks and printed packaging material (PPM) for repacking process in accordance with the Repacking Work Instruction (RWI) and batch packaging record.
- Performs final process and product quality checks in line with the established quality control procedures / approved specifications.
- Document and follow up on status of product release and deal with all external parties professionally and timeously

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 1 year experience in similar role

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
