**Responsibility**
- To handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions: monthly payroll & statutory submission, training & development,performance management and industrial relations etc.
- Manage the onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including documentation and conducting orientation for new hires, exit interviews for leavers, as well as handling staff dismissal-related procedures.
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and maintain personnel files and HR documents, including employment contracts, related letters, and employee data updates.
- Manage and maintain accurate attendance records, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organizing events, activities, and employee communication channels.
- Manage day to day HR related inquiries and provide guidance to employees, questions ranging from inquiries over benefits.
- Assist in other ad-hoc task and general administration duties as assigned.

**Experience and Skill Requirements**
- At least with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Human Resources generalist role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience in using BrioHR is an advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mid Valley City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
