Tiny Laundries is a startup founded by experienced serial entrepreneurs and investors - built with a vision to transform how an archaic industry works from the ground up.
Our program revolves around a 3-year work placement that will train and certify you as a qualified laundry manager/operator. The entire programme is geared towards developing high potential individuals as future leaders in various aspects of the business.

BRING YOUR AMBITION
Here's a quick glimpse as to what to expect from our MT program:
Day 1
You'll meet your Director and line manager. They will outline exactly what's expected from you and prepare you for the year ahead.
Day 3
You’ll experience your first all-hands meeting where employees, leaders, and stakeholders meet to discuss the most important company-wide matters. Here you’ll likely be given your first major responsibility
Weeks 1-3
An experienced colleague will help you get to grips with the Area Manager role and they'll become your mentor throughout your training.
Part of the trajectory to becoming an Area Manager starts with being a Store Manager Time to roll up your sleeves. You'll be stacking shelves with colleagues, eliminating creases in shirts, getting to know the different processes, finding out about customer service, and learning our unique approach to store management.
Week 3
You’ll attend your first class on your way to a fully-certified diploma in laundry and linen management
Week 4
We'll give you the keys to a store. Once the detailed training's done, you'll take ownership over a set list of responsibilities. Then it's time to put theory into practice within the store environment.
Weeks 5-8
Taking charge of your own 6-figure business for a month, you'll plan the rota, procure supplies, deal with customers and manage your own team. You'll then spend a week getting ready to present your achievements to the Operations Director.
Weeks 9-12
You'll spend the next 4 weeks learning the ins and outs of the Area Manager role, with plenty of support from your mentor
Weeks 13-16
Our network of stores relies on a range of support operations. During your training, you'll get to know our Finance, Procurement, Marketing and Strategy teams and the kind of issues they handle.
Weeks 17-20
Ready to look after an Area? This is 4 weeks of in-at-the-deep-end exposure to life as an Area Manager. You'll cover for your colleagues while they are on holiday and really put your skills to the test.
Week 21
Congratulations - you’ve completed your laundry and linen management diploma - you’re certified and fully accredited by the London Examination Board
Week 22 onwards
It's time for your final review and we'll look at how far you've come. By now, you should be full of confidence as you take responsibility for one or more of your own stores.
