Account Assistant/executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day account operational tasks.
- Responsible for monthly invoice processing and filing for web portal maintenance fee.
- Processing transactions monthly rental payment and billing to operators, updating and maintaining information of outlets and operators as of every month end.
- Handle bank reconciliation.
- Providing support to the General Ledger team during yearly statutory audit and Account department as and when necessary.
- Processing expenses requests for employee reimbursements and processing commission to TM agents and withholding tax submission.
- Monitor fixed asset register and loyalty rewards points register
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
