Operation Admin Executive

Job Description:
- Prepare headcount summary list on daily basis and to provide the monthly report to Sales & Marketing team.
- Prepare the necessary documents prior to the arrival of the new intakes.
- Prepare workers new intakes list to respective customers.
- Timely update the workers hostel movement in RBS system and prepare all the required documentations for hostel request and movement.
- Prepare and provide monthly data to S&M and Income team for customers ad-hoc request.
- Assist in preparing the Transport Service Requisition (TSR) tracking list and provide the tracking number for each TSR.
- Assist in preparing procurement and finance related documents as well as other related documentations to ensure smooth operations. Proper record keeping on all documentations.
- Attend inter-departmental meeting and coordinate with other colleagues on Workforce department related matters, including taking meeting minutes.
- Prepare other necessary reports as and when required by the company or department.
- Prepare Workforce department monthly report.
- Prepare audit related documents.
- Prepare memo and proposal as and when required by the company/department.
- Manage petty cash claim for Workforce Senior Manager.
Qualification & Requirements
- Posses Bachelor Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years experience in any related field.
