Shift: Regular Shift or 24/7

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in leading and coordinating the quality assurance team.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance into operations.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, test results, and audits.
- Assist in preparing quality reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Update quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and quality manuals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing quality control/quality analysis organization or leading cross functional quality improvement projects and teams.
- 3+ years of demonstrated management ability across diverse functions (direct reports, cross functional relationships, 3rd party vendors. etc.)
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a rapidly changing and extremely global team.
- Sales background is an advantage.
- Strong practical experience with Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions) is required a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of breaking down complex process and identifying key pain points to deliver business improvements at the regional or global level.
- Passion for our mission of ensuring a world class support experience for our community.
- Quality certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, TQM, etc.) a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
