Principal of Afterbirthcare Academy/ Manager

**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible in leading the team in the execution of professional duties and responsivities of developing the curriculum of the Academy.
- Managing academy daily operations, ensuring the overall smooth running of the Academy.
- Ensuring Academy KPI are met. Plan and execute comprehensive business strategies, contributing innovative ideas and generate leads and achieve team sales goals. This can involve market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new avenues for business growth.
- Regular review of marketing plan to ensure effectiveness. Prepare comprehensive reports on customer’s status, sales and marketing activities. Include detailed analysis, key insights, and actionable recommendations to drive business performance and enhance decision-making.
- Plan, organize, and execute high-quality events, workshops, seminars, and conferences. Take charge of all aspects of event management, including budgeting, venue selection, speaker coordination, and marketing strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Work closely with trainers to ensure timely delivery of courses.
- Oversee the planning, budgeting and sales forecast process.
- Collaborate with trainers to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their professional goals.
- Evaluate trainers to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and to identify areas of improvement.
- Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for trainers and staff members to create a dynamic team.
- Prepare, administer, oversee and safeguard budgeting and grants proposal, and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment.
- Resolve & strategies to improve overall academic and operational matter.
- Maintain and update data accurately to capture relevant information and track activities efficiently. Implement data management best practices, ensure data integrity, and enhance customer relationship management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers/students/public, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding their expectations. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing queries and concerns, personalizing interactions, and proactively seeking opportunities to add value to their experience.
- Enhance and optimize the membership site including Leaning Management System (LMS) for Academy and the broader public following. Regularly update content, improve user experience, and incorporate interactive features to engage and empower members and followers. Continuously gather feedback and implement improvements based on theirs needs and preferences.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
