**Job Opportunity**:Math Learning Advisor**

**Location**: Remote

**Job type**:Full -Time, 40 hours per week

**Intended Start Date**:As Soon As Possible

**Your Role**:
As a member of our team, your responsibilities include:

- Conduct 1-on-1 video planning sessions with users to explain explain math problems, evaluate students' math learning ability, and effectively communicate with parents to increase course enrollment
- Manage the entire user journey from initial contact to course conversion, ensuring a smooth transition for users from engagement to course enrollment.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries within 1 minute during working hours, providing efficient and high-quality service.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and feedback, continuously optimizing course content and service quality.
- Demonstrate professional teaching expertise and patience to represent and uphold the professional image of our company and teachers.
- Collaborate with the team on curriculum development and design, ensuring the scientific and systematic nature of the course content.
- Evaluate your performance based on** KPIs**, which will also be reflected in your bonus.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree and above
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as education or mathematics education, with strong mathematical skills.
- Strong learning ability, capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality, able to establish good interactions with clients.
- High sense of responsibility, able to identify user needs and provide personalized service solutions.
- Willingness to start work early in the morning and maintain punctuality in daily work.

- Bilingual in** Mandarin** is required
