Hotel Business Development/sales Executive

1.Establish new revenue channels other than OTA e.g. corporate bookings, travel agents

2. Conduct daily sales calls and arrange familiarization/site inspection to hotels by corporate clients.

3. To be financially aware of the hotel’s objectives and do all possible to accomplish targets

4. To ensure hotel occupancy and average rate targets are sustained in line with the management' inspection and guidance.

5. Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets

6. To establish sales targets and highlight any variances with actual sales figures and recommend what action should be taken to remedy significant variances.

7. Aggressively source new business opportunity within industries through the assigned daily sales visit to volume corporate account by conducting minimum sales calls a week.

8. Demonstrate strong negotiations skill to maximize the hotel profit in all revenue producing areas.

9. To ensure the profitability of his/her Department for short, medium and long term by assuming the total responsibility of the functions assigned to him/her with a special emphasis on increasing sales, reduce expenditure, preserve and maintain the assets.

10. Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market areas as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

11. Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
Sales target focused as this is a basic + commission based role.

Able to work weekends/PH if needed to drive sales.

Familiar with whatsapp, MicrosoftWord/Excel & Gmail

Pleasant personality, diligent & highly responsible; and able to work under little supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
