Ticketing Staff

**Responsibilities**:
**Ticket Sales**: Efficiently and accurately sell entry tickets to visitors while adhering to pricing guidelines and packages.
**Sales Handling**: Handle cash, credit, and electronic transactions with precision and accountability, ensuring correct change is given and receipts are provided.
**Visitor Information**: Provide information about the heritage site, attractions, schedules, and any ongoing events to enhance the visitor's experience.
**Customer Service**: Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs courteously and promptly.
**Promotions and Upgrades**: Inform visitors about special promotions, membership options, guided tours, and any add-ons available.
**Sales Reports**: Maintain accurate daily sales records, reconcile cash at the end of each shift, and generate required reports for management.
**Queue Management**: Assist in managing queues and ensuring an organized and efficient flow of visitors during peak times.
**Counter Register Maintenance**: Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the cashier area, including the cash register and surrounding space.
**Qualifications**:
**Must Be Able to Communicate in Chinese, English & Malay**
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and electronic payment systems.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage visitor interactions professionally.
**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
