Job Description:

- Coordinate, plan and customize the company's annual long-term business plan, business development and human resources overall plan according to the company's development strategy.
- Be fully responsible for the company's human resources management work, formulate, improve, promote and supervise personnel policies, systems, and processes (internal and external to the company), ensure that all work is performed as required, and continuously improve the company's personnel management standards.
- Provide suggestions on building and optimizing the company's organizational structure, make reasonable plans and adjustments to human resources, and do a good job in talent reserve and echelon building.
- Grasp the development of incentive mechanisms such as staffing and positioning, recruitment, training, salary, performance appraisal, etc.
- Responsible for external liaison and contact with the company's HR aspects, maintaining good resource relations with the government and relevant parties, and maintaining a good image of the company.
- Responsible for the introduction of the company's local personnel-related systems in Malaysia.
- Responsible for the company's audit (SA8000, C-TPAT, etc.)
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior or any other persons designated by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirement:

- Degree in human resources-related majors
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed with Malaysian human resources management model as well as relevant laws, regulations and government policies.

Industry: Supplier of consumer and commercial tools, appliances, and floor care

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
