The Project Manufacturing Manager (PMM) is in a key project leadership position responsible to deliver a complete sub-system or product, according to project requirements, on time and on budget, to the Subsea Projects organization.

**Job description**

Main Accountabilities:

- Accountable for all work to fulfill the contractual obligations between Subsea Projects and REMS Manufacturing, within project budget and schedule, related to the delivery of a specific sub-system / product (including all products / components constituting the complete sub-system; project reporting and documentation ), from project start-up to close out;
- Ensure the REMS project is fully mobilized after receiving the formal instruction from the Tendering Team: key project team members assigned; commercial and technical handover completed; Purchased Order received from Subsea Project; project created and demand loaded in ERP; Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing schedule baselines released;
- Upon tender handover, ensure the float of the project schedule is maintained to protect the committed delivery dates;
- Review and approve contractual documents, as needed, between REMS and Subsea Projects (e.g. Sales Order, Variation Orders...);
- Ensure contractual requirements are clearly communicated and understood by all REMS project contributors. Clarify with the Subsea team as needed;
- Work transversally within REMS and lead regular sub-system / product meetings with key project contributors (Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing...) to drive the upcoming work according to the plan and ensure everyone is working towards the same priorities;
- Ensure that the project schedule is properly maintained during the project life cycle: quality of schedule (links, logic ) and accuracy of information (actual / forecast dates );
- Run frequent critical path / float path analysis (with project scheduler(s) and delivery planner(s)) to identify and mitigate schedule risks as early as possible;
- Proactively provide accurate reporting to Subsea Projects, through standard project progress reports, project schedules, etc. (actuals, forecast, risks and mitigations, opportunities ); At times, the PMM might have to prepare special reports for the projects, based on specific needs;
- Participate in sub-system coordination meetings with Subsea Project, as required;
- Foster a One-Team approach within REMS and with Subsea, striving to bring solutions proactively to solve problems impacting the overall project execution;
- Proactively identify and manage risks and explore opportunities to strive for a high standard of execution performance;
- Manage deviations and change orders: approve all changes requested by the customer (Subsea or final client) or by REMS project contributors, and ensure VOR(s) are approved before the changes are implemented;
- Ensure the project is properly closed out when all deliverables have been received by Subsea Project;
- Communication with Clients:

- The System Project Manager (Subsea GBU) is the primary face of the company to the Client. However, it is expected that the PMM might interact directly with the Client when relevant and agreed with the Project Manager. Ground rules of communication should be defined at the beginning of the project;
- The PMM will help manage customer representatives on site;
- Any project specific requirement beyond this list of responsibilities (full time PMM, direct management of client interface ) must be discussed and quoted during the tendering phase.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent diploma.
- Desirable: PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent business experience.

Knowledge/Skills:

- Project Management techniques and standards.
- Leadership training
- Primavera P6 /MRP Systems

**Experience**:

- 10 years of experience as project coordination related area and/or six years experience in a Project Supervisor role
