1) To handle documentation of projects.

2) To arrange meetings, preparing minutes and agenda.

3) Act as an administrative support to the project team.

4) To support project team on issuing work orders and reports.

5) Management of DO & Invoices (Incoming) - check follow up.

6) To manage claims (Filing, follow up payment, request invoice from finance department).

7) Record of project expenses (from quotation, payment voucher/records).

8) Update the organization chart.

9) Any other tasks as instructed by Superior.
- **Monday -Saturday (6days/week): 8.00 am-4.30 pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
