**Key Accountabilities**:

- Process and follow up on order forms received
- Prepare sales reports for AM’s and generate weekly sales report for the management
- Prepare customer account usage statistics for AM’s as preparation for their daily visitation
- Develop weekly journey/visitation plan for AM’s
- Review and process order forms to ensure that each deal is in compliance with company policy
- Providing timely, quality support to the AM team throughout the sales cycle
- Generate reports around revenue, renewals, sales cycle, and usage trends
- Capture and organize sales lead information in CRM
- Schedule sales calls between AM team and incoming leads

The Account Support Executive is responsible for coordinating the activities of the Account Management team and assist in processing orders, follow-up on sales cases and handling the sales closure up to receipt of payments. This includes, among others, setting the weekly/daily meeting schedule for the teams, preparing all material for each meeting and proactively communicating with Dealers each month for a service call in between AM f2f meetings.
