Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the payroll function of the Company.
- Maintain an effective filing system for proper maintenance of all payroll documentation.
- To update and maintain employee’s payroll information in the payroll system
- Checking and monitoring employees' time attendance records.
- Preparation of monthly payroll.
- Arrange monthly submission and payment of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and other salary deduction payments to regulatory bodies before due dates.
- Preparation of companies annual Form E and Form EA.
- Liaise with tax agent for Personal Income Tax declaration for expatriates & Tax Clearance
- Provide support in other areas of Human Resources and assist in ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience in a similar capacity.
- A team player with good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to perform multi-tasking in meeting tight deadlines.
- Willing to work in **Kajang** (Hybrid Working Arrangement
- Work From Home and Work in the Office)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
