- To handle staff disciplinary and welfare issues.
- Ability to plan and manage the resources to cope with the changing demand and requirements.
- Ability to work proactively in accordance with policies and procedure to archive documentation quality as specific.
- Assist in RBA and ISO documentation.
- To assist in the audit process.
- Strong coordination between main office/site office and Headquarters.
- To understand any related duties as might be required by management, from time to time.
