Human Resources Executive

1. Administrative:
- Monitor and preparing contract renewal process for the employees
- Monitor and keeping track of the attendance for the employees
- Keep track on confidential records and employees files
- Preparing documents, memo and reports
- Preparing yearly increment and bonus listing for the employees
- Update employees insurance & Claims Processing
- Process employee insurance & SOCSO claims
- Keep track on part time study staff/scholarship/sabbatical leave
- Preparing on staff welfare and other needs
- Monitor all staff confirmation and extension of employment, contract renewal process, termination, resignation and any changes in staff status and salary
- Explains and assists staff insurance matter (coverage and other benefits to staff)
- Attend to staff complaints and follow up with the relevant department/respective person and revert to the staff in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as required
2. Payroll
- Preparing and checking monthly payroll report
- Checking employees’ claims
- Preparing Reserve Fund for salary
- Preparing monthly statutory report (EPF, SOCSO, TAX)
- Preparing monthly payroll report to AFD
- Preparing for submitting E-Filing (yearly)
3. Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER)
- Monitor staff performance and attendance
- Provide advice and preparing disciplinary actions documents etc. show cause, warning letter and domestic inquiry.
4. Recruitment
- Preparing letter of appointment for employees
- Preparing salary proposal for employees
- Process for new hire /Part Timer employees
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
- Payroll software: 1 year (preferred)
