Assistant Manager, Division of Human Resource

**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting/Business Administration or related fields
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
- Efficient implementation of work, proactive, reliable and good team player
- Check and verify all payments and deduction pertaining to the payment of monthly salaries matters for full time and part time staff
- Compute/Calculate bonus payment in accordance with the guidelines and policies
- Monitor monthly payments of EPF/SOCSO/PCB etc. within the deadline
- Prepare Form EA for all staff before end of February of each year
- Prepare and submit Form E before deadline for the year
- Prepare yearly budget, reports and other matters concerning overtime payment, part time teaching payment and others
- Prepare reports on salary survey by authority
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
