- **Job Requirements**:_
- Strong knife skills with a Minimum of 4-5 years in a Western food restaurant
- Good understanding of Western food preparation and cooking
- Managing and training line cooks (experience)
- Able to identify and communicate issues in operation/maintain all department equipment and report for malfunctioning.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Can employ good food with safety practices
- Coordinate daily tasks and monitor supplies and inventory control

Shift Pattern : 6/1
Working hours : 8am - 3am (rotation shift)
