**Responsibilities**:

- Performs order management for new service activation and process into the related systems capability towards customer requirement and expectation within the specified Turn-Around-Time.
- Responsible to liaise with related team and follow up on the issues been raised due to system problem.
- Responsible to update the progress or status timely
- Responsible to ensure the quality of order validation and data entry
- Responsible to ensure all the service are provisioned by ensuring the completeness of information on the registration form and relevant supporting documents
- Schedules installation appointment for customer and collaborate with management
- To provide professional consultation to customer
- To control all correspondence received or transmitted for the Director
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control preocedure (receiving, verification, internal circulation, submission process)
- Support in scanning, photocopy, courier, data entry, filling, etc

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You must have an SPM/Diploma or Degree.
- Excellent & Outstanding Communication Skills in English & Bahasa.
- You must have at least 1 Years of experience in the Admin / Service industry
- We preferred someone with admin experience in the contact center
- You must be a positive, confident, responsibility individuals with impressive character
- Possesses with own transportation

**What do you need to have for this role?**
- 2-3 years of relatable working experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Good written, oral and interpersonal skills
- Good research, analytical, planning skills
- Strong Emotion management and Multitask management skills
- Technical Knowledge of Telecommunication Services, management will be an advantage

**Language**:

- English
- Bahasa Melayu
- Chinese

**Expected Start Date: IMMEDIATELY**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
