Customer Service Officer

**Requirements**:
- Possess strong customer service background and knowledge.
- Demonstrate professionalism, interpersonal skills, and strong service ethics.
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office skills and computer programmes.
- Strong telephone etiquette with active listening skills and in depth understanding of telephone directories.
- Must be able to work cohesively within the team and at the same time able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Able to speak fluently in major languages & dialects.
- Willing to work on shift rotation schedule (3 shifts), weekends and public holiday.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure reception and registration procedures of patients are handled in a timely manner and effectively.
- Receive and resolve customer queries / complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel it to respective operations team for immediate rectification.
- Respond promptly to general queries confidently about the hospital services and facilities.
- Prepare and submit regular / ad hoc reports to respective departments or management as and when needed.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with clients / customers.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
