Customer Service Assistant

1. Handle existing and new customers’ enquiry.
2. Issue Amendment / Stop Work Requisition on behalf of SP.
3. Issue GRR.
4. Issue sales orders.
5. Prepare artwork / master card.
6. Work out selling prices on behalf of SP.
7. Update master cards’ information into CPS System.
8. Work out selling prices for converter orders.
9. Counter check costing calculation done by Sales Personnel.
10. Verify master cards’ drawings.
11. Co-ordinate complaint report to QA and get reply from QA.
12. Counter check Sales Order.
13. Filing - customers’ Purchase Order, SO, quotations, Amendment / Stop Work Requisition and etc.
14. Update “Daily Sales Report” for management to review.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
