Showroom Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and market company products to walk-in customers
- Provide excellent customer service
- Build & expand customer database to achieve sales KPI
- Meet submission deadline for design drawings
- Work closely with Marketing Team and Sales Team
- Assist customers in processing and tracking orders, ensuring accurate and timely order information and providing customers with order status and shipping information.
- Record customer feedback and complaints, provide timely feedback to relevant departments, and track progress to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain customer relationships, establish good communication and trust with customers, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To carry out other duties as instructed and arranged by superior from time to time.
- New duties may be added and existing ones deleted as and when requirements change.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least SPM in any field
- Preferably with interior design background
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Corel Draw & Photoshop will be an advantage
- 1-2 years working experience in retail showroom is preferred
- Good presentation and communication
- Able to liaise well with customers
- Able to start work immediately & fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
