Customer Service Representative

1. To carry out and support all the Daily Customer Service Operations for both retail and food service businesses (as applicable or assigned).
(a) For Food Service customers, to work closely with all the internal and external related Departments in relation to sales order planning, deliveries, booking of shipment schedules & its preparation of shipping documentation (for overseas Food Service customers).
(b) For Retail customers, to coordinate with distributor and communicate well with all retail customers for ensuring the accurate and timely process of daily or weekly purchase orders, stock returns or rejects, stock transfers etc.in order to meeting customer satisfaction, especially for expediting any urgent orders to ensure closure or for any marketing and promotion activities.
2. To process all sales orders into internal order confirmation through the SAP System and coordinate right up to the shipment and expected delivery date at all time, in compliance of CS SOPs, policies and List of CS activities.
3. To work closely with related Departments in relation to deliveries and order issues.
4. To proactively response or reply queries to all customers (both internal and external) in achieving excellence customer satisfaction.
5. To closely work and support with the SCM (Supply Chain Management) team members in order to meet with the production schedule on the short and long term order planning for fulfilling all the customers’ orders timely and satisfactory.
6. Provide support to CS department in align meeting customer satisfaction, including food service customers, as necessary.
7. To ensure the proper, accurate and timely execution of SAP Transactions for Customer Service & Distributions and relevant SOPs.
8. To involve in stock reconciliation and monitoring daily stock movements related to CS activities accurately and timely.
9. To co-ordinate with other related Departments in relation to Samples Requisitions.
10. To handle incoming telephone calls, as necessary
12. To perform any ad hoc works, as necessary, from time to time.
**III. EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
1. SPM certificate or equivalent. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
2. Minimum of 1years experience in customer service or logistic functions, preferable in manufacturing environment and Food Industry.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and BM
4. Computer literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel, SAP, E-mail System etc)
5. Good Communication skills, independent, proactive initiative, positive thinking and teamwork
6. Able to work proactive initiative, positive thinking & teamwork
7. Able to adapt to any working environment, function as well as stress.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
