Vacancy: Administrative Officer

1. Job Scope

Manage outsourced security personnel to ensure efficiency of workforce is always upheld in
the department. Verifying security related documentation and promptly escalate any
abnormality to immediate superior when necessary.

Responsible in managing the functionality and the administration of CCTV system including
daily view back to inspect around factory areas and promptly escalate any abnormality to
immediate superior when necessary.

Ensure welfare and basic amenities of the employees including canteen, toilets, sewage
system etc are manage and maintained for cleanliness, functionality, comfort and hygiene.

Ensure all air-conditioning units in the factory are maintained and always in optimum
operational conditions.

Ensure general office and factory compound and facilities including car parks, meeting rooms,
staircases, etc and other general equipment, furniture and fittings including water filter, door
locks, water facets, toilets flush, walls, painting, tables, chairs, copiers, telephone systems, etc
are maintained and always in optimal functional condition.

Ensure all general administration documents are administered and managed in a timely and
accurate manner.

Plan and execute employee engagement programs and community events.

2. Job Requirements
Min Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent.
Good in planning, organizing and coordination.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Good level of verbal and written communication skills.
Good time-management.
Have computer skills.
Applicant must be willing to work in Lahat, Ipoh, Perak
