Ipoh, Malaysia YTL Construction Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**What you are expected to do**:

- Act as the point of contact for relevant staff in the work place and manage queries effectively.
- Support finance and accounting tasks which include handling petty cash and payment allocation, and maintaining accounting record.
- Record and keep track on site staff attendance and facilitate on any HR related issues.
- Record and monitor security guard attendance by providing a summary to the Contracts Department.
- Register and update subcontractors’ worker lists, as well as maintaining ISO documentation.
- Monitor staff quarters and make arrangements for site meetings.
- Assist with matters related to local authorities and governmental agencies.
- Process delivery orders and invoices for submission to the Accounts department in a timely manner and ensure proper filing for the necessary documents.
- Perform routine clerical operations such as preparing reports, organizing incoming or outgoing correspondences, and maintaining a proper filing of all records.
- Responsible for the maintenance of site office equipment and place order for site office supplies when necessary.

**How to be successful for the role**:

- SPM/STPM, or Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or other equivalent fields.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
