- Preparing customers documents
- Filling of documents
- Checking documents
- To ensure that all assigned work activities and operations are carried out smoothly, timely and compiled with the company' requirements
- Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of construction works.
- Daily work planning, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities according to the schedule and regulations standards.
- Site work supervision and inspection, able to coordinate as a team player to possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
- Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.
- Able to liaise with relevant local authorities and design consultants
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
