What you are expected to do:

  • Act as the point of contact for relevant staff in the work place and manage queries effectively.
  • Support finance and accounting tasks which include handling petty cash and payment allocation, and maintaining accounting record.
  • Record and keep track on site staff attendance and facilitate on any HR related issues.
  • Record and monitor security guard attendance by providing a summary to the Contracts Department.
  • Register and update subcontractors' worker lists, as well as maintaining ISO documentation.
  • Monitor staff quarters and make arrangements for site meetings.
  • Assist with matters related to local authorities and governmental agencies.
  • Process delivery orders and invoices for submission to the Accounts department in a timely manner and ensure proper filing for the necessary documents.
  • Perform routine clerical operations such as preparing reports, organizing incoming or outgoing correspondences, and maintaining a proper filing of all records.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of site office equipment and place order for site office supplies when necessary.

How to be successful for the role:

  • SPM/STPM, or Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or other equivalent fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as office clerk or other clerical position.
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting

Job Types:
