  • To ensure that all assigned work activities and operations are carried out smoothly, timely and compiled with the company' requirements
  • Responsible for coordination, supervision, monitoring and control of construction works.
  • Daily work planning, coordinate and monitor subcontractor activities according to the schedule and regulations standards.
  • Site work supervision and inspection, able to coordinate as a team player to possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Managing orders and deliveries of building materials
  • Ensure the quality of work is carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, work instructions and etc.
  • Able to liaise with relevant local authorities and design consultants
  • To undertake any other adhoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.
