**Administration Duties**
- Perform a variety of project administration duties, including project scheduling, project tracking, project update and reporting
- Maintains the project/resource/budget schedule.
- Conduct data entry for projects.

**Project Delivery Support**
- Tracks scope changes and approved change orders and communicates them to the Project Managers as required.
- Supports the project management process, project monitoring, reporting and archiving.
- Support Project Deployment Team on an ad-hoc basis as and when required in project management and business development activities.
- Assist Project Deployment Team in data migration, training, testing & commissioning activity.
- Conduct testing and liaise with clients at site as required.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Project Deployment Team.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma with basic accounting knowledge or higher in preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Malay
- Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and time management skills and ability to interact at all levels
- Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility, high standards of integrity and possess the drive for self-development
- Have an understanding of project life cycle
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office product (word, excel, power point, visio
- Site experience is an advantage
- Experience/Fresh grad with a positive attitude is welcome

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
