Work together with Senior HR & Admin Executive to organize company event.
- Assist Senior HR & Admin Executive for any task assign.
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- Preparing letters and documentations;
- Handle all company administrative task;
- Buy for office Stationery & Refreshment;
- Handle all office maintenance issue including office cleanliness & pest control
- Handle Company Asset example like: Company Vehicle, Petrol card, renew road tax & Insurance, office equipment;
- Handle printing of business card;
- Handle all invoices for payment;
- Taking care of company surrounding and maintenance;
- Searching for new quotation/vendor/supplier when needed for administration;
- Any ad-hoc task assign by superior.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday -9am to 6pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 years or Fresh Graduates

**Language**:

- English (required)
- Bahasa (required)
- Mandarin (Optional)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
