**Key Responsibilities**:
- Communicate Company policies & procedures to all employees.
- Hands on the recruitment activities
- sourcing, arrangement of interview, vetting, on-board arrangement and documentation.
- Conduct new joinee Induction Training and ensure the new joinee undergone the Customer briefing.
- Maintain employee employment database, attendance record and leave management.
- Administer of employee medical expenses - data entry and claim processing
- Maintain of Staff Weekly Work hour Monitoring
- Monthly payroll related reports
- Conduct Exit Interview for resignees and compile attendance details for salary computation
- Administrate Site purchasing items
- Maintain record and Issuance of staff uniforms - T-Shirt, Safety Shoes and vest etc.
- Other HR Admin related task as per assigned.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experiences in similar capacity.
- However, fresh graduate with good academic results are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Posses own transport and valid driving license.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,600.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
