Human Resource Assistant

Assist for the full spectrum of human resource and administration functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance and talent management, payroll and employee counselling and administration.
- Involve in processing and preparing monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records.
- Prepare monthly Human Resource Expenses report and suggest new initiatives to better manage employee expenses.
- Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations. (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, JTK, JPP, JKKP, DOE, KKM, JPJ, VEP, Immigration, EP1, PVP, PLKS, KDN, Embassy, etc)
- Participate in assigned HR projects for the long-term success of the organization in creating a high-performing culture.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities including issuance of uniform, PPE, stationeries, etc.
- Handle employee relation, grievances and staff disciplinary issues, including disciplinary actions, staff misconduct advising and guiding management on the best practices by follow employment laws.
- Work closely with departments and assisting to implement policies and procedures
- To organize employee engagement activities / events (e.g.: team building, birthday celebration, new employee orientation, annual dinner).
- Employees' training arrangement.
- Any other duties assigned by the superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of a diploma/degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and Admin Generalist.
- Knowledge of labor legislation particular in employment contracts, leave administration, disciplinary, insurance & claims, staff compensation and benefits, etc
- Communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Responsible and coordination skills.
- Multitask, detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Prior working experience in FMCG is an added advantage.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
