As an E-Commerce Key Account Manager at Rurutiki, you will be responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with our e-commerce brand partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring their success on our platform and facilitating their growth. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce trends, excellent communication skills, and a knack for strategic account management.

**Report to**: Senior E-Commerce Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brand Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with e-commerce brand partners.
- Onboarding and Integration: Guide new brands through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration onto our platform.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with brand partners to develop and execute joint business plans, focusing on growth and profitability.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Problem Solving: Address brand partner inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Market Research: Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align strategies and support brand partners.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on brand partner performance and present findings to internal stakeholders.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management or related roles for at least 3 years.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.

**Location**: Puncak Alam and possibly a co-working space in Damansara area (Hybrid) Back to HQ 2 times a week or when necessary as requested by Top Management.
