**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.

2. Planning of monthly promotion calendar collaboration with brand/ key account.

3. Collecting feedback and lead in post-mortem performance review with accounts.

4. Negotiating and strive for resources from brand/ key account to drive account performance growth.

5. Monitoring and fast reacting to competitors campaign promotion or related competition activities.

6. Developing understanding of category dynamics in the market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Subplace.

7. Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.

**ALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least min 1 year of experience in key account, sales management or category management.

2. Ability to read, speak and write in English fluently.

3. Experience and good adaptability to fast-paced working environment e.g. tech startup, e-commerce, digital agency and as well as experience in retail buying & category management with specialty stores/ Hypermarket/ Departmental Stores.

4. Ability to translate analysis and insights into actionable business plans. and excellent problem solving, relationship management and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis

5.Possess strong will to grow, result driven mindset and excellent in execution and prioritization.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
