Key Account Manager

**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and cultivate relationships with customers and a network of contacts, understanding customer needs, and achieving business objectives.
- Act as the liaison between the customer and the organization, serving as the single point of contact for customers.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams. Maintain a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to discuss Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational issues, customer-related concerns, and share future opportunities with YCH.
- Address client issues promptly and ensure effective resolution.
- Identify potential challenges and provide proactive solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
- Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on key account performance
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in warehousing and logistics (3PL)
- A strong team player with excellent communication, coordination, cooperation skills, fostering innovation and issue resolution within the team.
- Wholehearted commitment to solving customers' problems, along with the dedication to exceed expectations.
- High curiosity to identify the root cause of an issue.
- Ability to provide alternatives/solutions for any issues.
