**Role & Job Description**:
- To assist Account Manager in preparation of company invoices.
- To assist Account Manager in preparation of company account related reports.
- To assist Account Manager in data entry in both MYOB and company records.
- To assist Account Manager in following up overdue invoices.
- To assist Account Manager in monitoring and keeping track of ongoing students payments due with Education Institution partners.
- To assist Account Manager in following up and keeping track of all students commission with Education Institution partners.
- To assist Account Manager to conduct bank reconciliation.
- To assist Account Manager in calculating commission for internal team members and vendors.
- To assist Account Manager in checking and preparing payments for vendors.
- To assist Account Manager in administrative tasks.
- To assist Account Manager in responding to customer, vendor and employee enquiries.
- Other relevant duties as required.
**Require Qualification/Experience**:
- A minimum of 2 years accounting experience.
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- Experience in MYOB accounting software will be advantageous.
- Computer literate with proficient computer skills in Microsoft Suite.
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to continue learning new skills.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- A thoroughness, numerate, and prioritising personality.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
