Service, Admin Executive is a key role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination with various departments.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting senior to manage daily service operation tasks, service jobs assignment
- Process and maintain daily work orders / jobs assignment with accurate service records
- Handle internal and external customers’ or service team members’ feedback and inquiries
- Familiarity with service management and people management and office productivity tools
- Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
- Attention to details and strong organizational skills
- Diploma in business management or equivalent.
- Know-how to handle complex people management.
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.
- Leading team or handling service teams.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working experience on home appliances or similar service industries.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English.
- Basic customer service and communication skills.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
