Client Assessment and Tailoring Programs:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' health, fitness levels, and wellness objectives.
- Tailor health management programs to meet individual client needs and objectives.

Consultations and Progress Tracking:

- Engage in one-on-one consultations with clients to review and discuss their wellness plans.
- Regularly assess and evaluate clients' advancement towards achieving their health goals.

Educational Initiatives:

- Develop and present wellness education materials and workshops for individuals and groups.

Record Keeping and Customer Service:

- Maintain precise and current records of client assessments, progress, and communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with customers to ensure sustained satisfaction.

Sales and Outreach:

- Initiate contact with potential customers to elucidate company products and stimulate purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to optimize outreach to the target audience.
- Keep accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer feedback.

Product Knowledge and Market Analysis:

- Cultivate a deep understanding of company services/programs/products and stay informed about industry trends.
- Analyze competitors' services/programs/products to evaluate features, benefits, shortcomings, and market success.

Support and Collaboration:

- Communicate insights on potential services/program improvements to program director.
- Collaborate with the marketing department for effective outreach.

Continuous Improvement:

- Research best practices and client case studies for continuous improvement.
- Provide informed advice to customers on treatments and solutions.

Hands-on Participation:

- Directly participate in hands-on treatment procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Fulfill additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as required and assigned by management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
