**About You**
Takes responsibility for overseeing all professional development for Carsome Academy. Our purpose is to make the most out of people’s talents and help them unlock their full potential by developing and implementing learning journeys and programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives.
**Your Day-to-Day**
**Corporate Sales and Engagement**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct presentations and pitch our business solutions to potential clients.
- Source opportunities from the open market to meet clients' needs.
**Account Management**
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of the services.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
**Public Sector and Government**
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in public sector organizations.
- Participate in government tenders and proposals, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Stay informed about government policies and initiatives to align offerings with their needs.
**Your Know-How**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales and account management.
- Strong understanding of the public sector and government procurement processes.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Added advantage if has experience in Training and Automotive industry
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
